Wellbeing in Work helps organisations move beyond wellbeing initiatives to create workplaces where people can genuinely thrive.

Founded by workplace wellbeing specialist Debbie Kleiner, our work combines evidence, strategy and practical training to tackle the factors that influence mental health and wellbeing at work. We help organisations develop confident managers, build psychological safety, manage psychosocial risks and create effective approaches to workplace mental health.

Services include workplace wellbeing strategy and diagnostics, manager development, Mental Health First Aid training, psychological safety, stress and resilience programmes and tailored workshops.

The aim is simple: healthier workplaces, better conversations and managers equipped to support both people and performance.
